A fun and authentic “hippie house”
This cool old hippie house has cedar and stone inside and out with log and beam accents inside. Not a standard contemporary house, this house is fun and authentic. It does have a mixture of antiques and new furniture with a Seventies flair. Two stories with parking at the lower level or come down steps from the higher parking area at the Barn House Studio. A Type 1 EV charger is shared with the Barn House. Under some black oaks it is set in a natural space with no lawns. Set near Highway 140 it is about 27 miles to Yosemite Valley up the Merced River Wild and Scenic Area.
It has two bedrooms downstairs with a small bath and shower connecting bathroom. One has a queen bed and the other has a queen and a bunk of two twins. The back enclosed porch has a twin daybed. Outside you will find a swinging bench, a briquette camp BBQ & picnic table, a side deck with table
